Salted Fish with Tomato Curry 

This one is very strong taste one. Fish is mixed with salt before cook and chili and tomato is added to the dish. You will notice different taste of fish with this cooking style


Ingredients
River catfish - 300 g
Tomato - 8 piece
Onion - 1
Garlic - 4 cloves
Chilli Powder - 1 tablespoon
Tumeric - a few
Fish Sauce - 2 teaspoon
Chicken Powder - 2 teaspoon
Oil - 1 cup (to fried fish)
Green Chilli - 15

The following is the instruction of how to cook step by step in English
  1. Chop fish into small chunks and panfry them. Sieve them from excess oil and let those pieces cool down.
  2. Slice garlic and onions into thin pieces. Pound them softly so that they won't be completely crushed. Crush green chilli using the blade of knife as shown in the picture.\
  3. Heat oil and put pounded garlic and onions with turmeric into boiling oil. Panfry them until onions become soft and, then add crushed green chilli.
  4. When they are well cooked, add fish and chicken powder shortly after.
  5. Fry everything for a few more minutes and it will then be ready for serving.
