Water convolvulus with Bean Curd Fried 

Water convolvus is one of a general vegetable found in Myanmar bazaars. Myanmar People usually eat fry water convolvus as a side dish. Some people like to add tofu or mushroom in this dish.


Ingredients
Water convolvus - 2 Bundle
Bean curd - 1 piece
Garlic - 3 cloves (big size)
Salt - a few
Chicken Powder - 2 teaspoon
Oil - 1 teaspoon
Green Chilli (optional) - as you like

The following is the instruction of how to cook step by step in English
  1. Rinse water convolvulus.
  2. Smash water convolvulus using flat blade and chop it.
  3. Cut bean curds into pieces.
  4. Crush garlic and green chillies using flat blade as shown in the picture above.
  5. Heat oil in frying pan and when it becomes hot, add garlic.
  6. Add bean curds and panfry them until they turn slightly brownish colour.
  7. Flip bean curds and make sure both sides are cooked. After that, add water convolvulus.
  8. Add chicken powder, salt and oyster sauce.
  9. After 3 minutes, the leaves will become tender and cooked.
