Boiled Djenkol Bean with Coconut Milk 

In the weekend, Myanmar people usually make snack for friend gathering, family gathering or even watching TV. Boiled djenkol bean with coconut milk is one of a seasonal food and not frequent snack that usually make and female are more favor to eat this snack.

Djenkon bean -
Coconut Milk -

The following is the instruction of how to cook step by step in English
  1. Boil Djenkol beans in reasonable amount of water with small amount of oil so that they can be easily peeled later.
  2. Peel the beans and simmer them together with their skins
  3. flatten them by using roller or crusher bowl after they become soft enough
  4. Get tasty coconut milk ready by boiling them with salt and small amount of sugar
  5. Lastly, top flatten beans with coconut milk and sesame
