Spicy and Hot Pain-sware with Prawn Curry 

Pain-sware can fine at market in rainy season. This seasonal vegetable is match to cook with prawn and I believe you will love to eat this delicious dish.


Ingredients
Reed-mace - 30
Prawn - 200 g
Onion - 1
Green chilli - 10
Tumeric - a little
Salt - a little
Preserved fish paste - 1 tablespoon
Oil - 1 tablespoon
Roselle - a few

The following is the instruction of how to cook step by step in English
  1. Rinse Pain-sware and chop them into 3 inches long pieces.
  2. Boil them in water and get them out from water. Boiling them can reduce its bitterness.
  3. Gentle boil Roselle leaves.
  4. Clean prawns and have their head chopped off.
  5. Pound green chilli and onions together for pan-fry later on.
  6. Heat oil in the pan and fry the pounded ingredients from step 5 until they boils. When it start to boil, add the preserved fish paste and fry everything together.
  7. Add the prawns and mix them.
  8. After they were stir-fried for a while, add the Pain-sware and Roselle leaves with salt and chicken powder and stir. Add desirable amount of water and heat it until it boils.
  9. When it boils, taste and adjust the flavour upon your preference. Afterward, it is ready.
