Trumpet Flower Fruit 

With bitter taste, some people don’t like to eat trumpet flower fruit. But in this method of making you can notice significant reduce of bitter flavor. Dry shrimps powder is mainly used to reduce bitter


Ingredients
Trumpet flower fruit - 1
Onion - 1
Garlic - 3 cloves
Sun dried shimp - about 1 fist
Soy sauce - 1
Chicken Curry - 1 teaspoon
Salt - a few
Oil - 1 tablespoon

The following is the instruction of how to cook step by step in English
  1. Rinse trumpet flower fruit and slice it into relatively thin pieces.
  2. Marinate those pieces with 3 tablespoons of salt.
  3. Get rid of the residual liquid from marinating and rinse the pieces thoroughly. Meanwhile, slice the onions for panfry and cut the garlics into halves.
  4. Panfry onions and garlics until they become tender. Add the rinsed pieces of fruit and fry them together.
  5. Add small amount of hot water while frying for the fruit to be soft and tender. Add chicken curry powder and small amount of soy sauce and keep stirring until the fruit becomes soft.
  6. Add sun dried shrimp when the fruit becomes tender.
  7. When the curry starts to be oily and no longer watery, you may turn the stove off and the meal is ready.
