Tomato Salad

Tomato is one of a fruit which is good for the skin, right? This tomato salad is served as both side dish or snack. Raw tomato is rinse with water and make salad. That why you don’t need a stove or heat.


Ingredients

Tomato - 3
Onion - 2
Peanut - 2 tablespoon
Cooked Oil - 2 tablespoon
Coriander - a few
Green chilli - a few
Chicken powder - a few
Salt - a few
The following is the instruction of how to cook step by step in English
  1. Slice tomatoes into small pieces without seeds.
  2. Slice onions and rinse them.
  3. Crush peanuts gently so that they stay in small pieces rather than turning into powder.
  4. Put tomatoes, onions, peanuts, cooked oil, salt and chicken powder altogether in one bowl with chopped green chilli.
  5. Mix them thoroughly and add either more salt or chicken powder to make it up to your taste.

Finally, delicious salad is ready and hot green tea is strongly recommended for good accompany.
