Fried Salted Carp fish

Because of salty fish, you shouldn’t too much for this one. But when you eat with cooked rice it can help you to appetite your stomach. Have a nice meal and don’t forget to taste it.


Ingredients

Salted carp fish - 1 (big one)
Onion - 2
Garlic -
Dried crush chilli - 2 tablespoon
Oil - 2 teacup
Tumeric - 1/2 teaspoon
Chicken powder - 1/2 teaspoon
The following is the instruction of how to cook step by step in English
  1. Soak the salted fish in water for a long time to get rid of salt. Clean the fish and rinse it. Cut the fish into small chunks.
  2. Marinate those chunks with turmeric and chicken powder.
  3. Crush garlics and onions with dried crush chili for panfry.
  4. Preheat the oil and add the fish chunks into heated oil. Fry until they turn to slightly brownish and take them out of the pan.
  5. Fry the crushed garlics and onions from step 3 with remaining oil and chicken powder in the same pan.
  6. When those ingredients from previous step become tender, add the fish chunks and fry everything together.
  7. After a few minutes, the fish and especially onions will be cooked and, it will be ready for serving.
