Fried Roasted Eggplant

This is very cheap and tasty dish. Although it is not main dish, when u eat with rice u don't even need main dish for your whole meal. Skin of is remove after you roasted the eggplant.


Eggplant - 1 (big size)
Egg - 1
Onion - 2
Garlic fried - 5 cloves
Salt and Chicken Powder - a little
Oil - 3 tablespoon
The following is the instruction of how to cook step by step in English
  1. Grill eggplant until it burns in moderate heat. Chop eggplants into chunks and let those cold.
  2. Slice onions into thin pieces and rinse them. Squeeze all water out from onions.
  3. Panfry garlics using 3 spoon of oil and let them cooked until they turn slightly brown. Afterward, let them cool down.
  4. Put onions in same pan and fry until they wither from heat. Add eggplants and fry them together. You may add salt and chicken powder in an amount you desired. Fry until eggplants become tender.
  5. When eggplants are soft enough, crack and add eggs to it and fry everything thoroughly.
  6. You may adjust the flavour by adding either salt or chicken powder. Lastly, put them into a plate and top it with fried garlics.
