Spinach Salad

Myanmar people are fan of all kind of salad. Spinach Salad is not commonly found in Myanmar market. Because this vegetable have many medicinal advantage such as for headache, can take pressure and full of magnesium for the body, this dish not only delicious to eat but also good for your health.


Ingredients

Spinach - 2 bundles
Leek -1
Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
Garlic - 2 cloves
Fish oil - 1 teaspoon
Sesame - 1 teaspoon
The following is the instruction of how to cook step by step in English
  1. First of all, chop leek as shown in the picture.
  2. Cut spinach evenly.
  3. Pound garlics using the blade and chop them into tiny pieces.
  4. Rinse spinach.
  5. Boil them in hot water for 30 seconds to sanitise spinach further.
  6. Rinse them for 3 times after that.
  7. Squeeze all the water out of spinach.
  8. Put 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, half a teaspoon of soy sauce, garlics and leek into one bowl.
  9. Mix those ingredients.
  10. Lastly, add spinach and mix it with everything. You may put small amount of lime juice.
