Tenderized Lablab Bean

Tenderized lablab bean is very easy to cook. But don’t underestimate the taste of this dish. Full of protein for your health, time safe dish and energy save easy cook dish you must try.


Ingredients

Lablab pea - 320 g
Onion - 2
Oil - some
Salt - a little
Tumeric - a little
The following is the instruction of how to cook step by step in English
  1. Rinse the peas.
  2. Slice onions into extremely thin pieces and pan-fry them.
  3. Add the peas and stir when onions are soften enough. Then close the lid.
  4. If the peas are not tender enough, add small amount of water. Then add salt before you close the lid again. If salt is added in previous steps, the peas would become rather hard.
  5. When all the water are evaporated and the peas are soften, it is ready. I hope, may this dish make your day.
It is important that amount of water added has to be relatively small. In this way, the peas will be properly steamed.
