Vegetable Salad

Vegetables are pickle to get sweet flavor. That why this salad different and have sweet taste. This dish is very suitable for vegetarian and can served as side dish in any meal.


Carrots - some
Radish - some
Cabbage - some
Long beam - some
Cucumber - some
Cauliflower - a few
Onion - 5
Sesame - as you like
Vinegar - 2 teacup
Tumeric - 1 teaspoon
Water - 1 li
Oil - 1 teacup
Salt - a few
Chicken powder - a few
The following is the instruction of how to cook step by step in English
  1. Prepare the vegetables as shown in the picture below.
  2. Grate cucumber and marinate with salt plus vinegar. Then squeeze the juice out.
  3. Boil 1 litre of water with 1 teacup of vinegar and turmeric powder.
  4. When it boils, add all the vegetables except cucumbers and let them soften. Then sieve and let them cool.
  5. Dry-fry sesame and cool it.
  6. Panfry onions until they turn brown and cool them.
  7. Put every vegetable including cucumbers into a bowl. Add salt, chicken powder, sesame, precooked oil, onions and mix everything well. You may add small amount of sugar for your desired flavour.
