Sour plum soup, Myanmar traditional food is cooked with ripe sour plum and toasted fish. Myanmar people used to cooked this soup during winter time (November to January) because the plum getting ripe during this season. We usually eat this plum soup with bowl of hot rice together with fried dried fish. I prepare toasted dried snake head fish with peanut oil.
