Roasted Prawn Salad 

Roasted Prawn Salad is like in other country but we add special fish paste (Nga Pe) in Myanmar. You will clearly feel blend strong taste of fresh lemon juice, spicy, hot taste of fish paste is mix together in balance with roasted prawn.

Prawn - 400 g (not too big or small)
Onion - 2
Lemon grass - 1
Green Chilli - 15
Lime - 2
Salt - a little
Fish sauce - 2 tea spoon
Chicken powder (optional) - a little
Oil - 1 tablespoon
Coriander - a few
Tamarind paste - a little

The following is the instruction of how to cook step by step in English
  1. Trim prawns whiskers and chop the tails. Grill the prawns.
  2. Peel the prawns’ shells. Chop onions, green chilli, lemon grass and coriander. Squeeze lime for fresh lime juice.
  3. Put all ingredients into one bowl with salt, fish sauce and oil. Mix everything thoroughly.
  4. If the flavour is too light, you may add chicken powder.
