The following is the instruction of how to cook step by step in English
  1. Peel Cassava plant and rinse it. Shred it into thin pieces by using grater.
  2. You may use canned coconut milk or fresh coconut milk. For making fresh coconut milk, use coconut flakes and squeeze them without add water. Also get sugar ready.
  3. Put shredded cassava plant, coconut milk, sugar and salt into big bowl for mixing. Mixing will produce Cassava plant juice and save a little bit of it (half of a small teacup) for garnishing later. Butter is ready when everything is mixed perfectly.
  4. Put 80 g of oil into baking pan and apply all over the inner surface of it.
  5. Put butter into the baking pan and even its surface. Close the pan with metal lid and put burning charcoals on top. The purpose is to heat it from top. Make sure heating from top is stronger than flame coming from bottom. Bake it until its texture becomes brownish.
  6. If the heating from bottom is too strong, it can burn the bottom part of snack and the inner parts won’t be well baked. If you heat it gentle, it takes half an hour. When its texture becomes to be brownish, top it with the juice from step 3 and heat it for a few minutes more.
